Im not satisfy with the floor cleaning for i ask if floor scrubbing is included. Im not aware that floor scrubbing needs a kind of machine and i requested for a filipina cleaner. I wasn't inform that the floor scrubbing was only for male cleaner and they need a machine for it. And also, my bidet was broken. No one from the cleaner informed me.. i just find it out when i need to use it. Seriously? In that critical moment?

I am confident that the lady tried her best. However, my concern was that I have had a better cleaner before from your company. I had to wipe some surfaces again because I felt she used a dry rag rather than picking up the dust with a wet rag. I saw hair on surfaces that were picked up by the dry rag. I have a lot of rags for her to use and I have a washing machine to clean them up. When she used my vacuum cleaner, I showed her how to toggle between floor tile and carpet on the floor attachment. But I don’t think she understood as she continued vacuuming using the carpet mode on all ground surfaces.

A team of four arrived and displayed a truly professional approach, giving my 2BHK apartment a thorough and impressive cleaning. They were attentive to detail and even accommodated some additional requests beyond my expectations. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction was evident in every aspect of their work. I am pleased to give them a well-deserved 5-star rating and highly recommend their services.
